Advance:
- Zendaya and Robert Pattinson are in talks for ‘The Drama’.
- It’s the new film from ‘Dream Scenario’ filmmaker Kristoffer Borgli.
- A24 is backing the film.
As they find space in their schedules waiting for other big projects to pick up, Zendaya (which will be in charge of filming the long-delayed third season of ‘Euphoria‘ at some point) and Robert Pattinson (who is waiting Matt Reeves‘script for’The Batman‘ continuation) are looking to co-star in a new film together.
That film is called ‘The Drama’ and will be the writer/director’s final effort. Kristoffer Borgliwhich was successful last year with the Nicolas Cage rarity’Dream scenario‘.

Plot details for this latest Borgli film are under wraps at this time, but Deadline has heard that it could well follow a romantic couple who have decided to tie the knot, but go through a difficult time before the big day.
Given the denouement of “Dream Scenario” (Cage played an unassuming college professor who unexpectedly starts appearing in people’s dreams, to initially comical and then oddly violent effect, a meditation on instant celebrity and cancel culture), you’d expect there to be more to it than that. And you already know that neither Pattinson nor Zendaya would want to star in a basic romantic drama.
