Thomas Matthew Crooks He took note of the layout of the land in the Donald Trump demonstration… apparently flying a drone over the event before climbing onto a roof and opening fire.
The suspected killer filmed aerial footage with the drone shortly before Trump took the stage… law enforcement sources told the Wall Street Journal.
The criminals flew the drone along a pre-planned route… suggesting the Trump shooter did a fair amount of research at the Butler, PA rally site.
The drone was later found in Crooks’ car… and the Secret Service reportedly did NOT use drones to monitor the event.

Remember… the Secret Service now says their snipers spotted Crooks on the roof where he fired, noticing him. 20 minutes before He started shooting at Trump.
He was first identified as a person of interest about an hour before the shooting, and then spotted with his rangefinder, 22 minutes before he was first seen on the rooftop.

The footage also shows Crooks lurking around the building before ascending, and there is video footage of attendees. Pointing to Crooks to law enforcement before the attempted murder.
Add Crooks’ drone to the list of questions Congress will have for the Secret Service.
