Google has officially announced the launch of the Pixel 9 Series for August 13, 2024. While everyone is wondering why Google is breaking tradition with an early launch, one eagle-eyed enthusiast has already spotted the Pixel 9 on sale in Algeria, North Africa.

The user was unable to spot the Pixel 9 Pro or Pixel 9 Pro XL for sale, nor was they able to spot any other color of the Pixel 9.
X/Twitter’s video compression algorithm doesn’t do the test video justice, but we still get a pretty good idea of the bright new color. I love that Google is opting for some pretty colors instead of dull hues, and these are sure to please the average consumer. We can also see the large camera bar, which extends significantly from the back of the device. We also see the iPhone-like square frame, but thankfully, the corners of the device are significantly curved and will be easier to hold than, say, a sharp, pointy Galaxy S24 Ultra.
We expect to see three devices in the Pixel 9 series launch this year: the Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro, and the larger Pixel 9 Pro XL. We’ve also seen previous leaks of the Pixel 9 lineup Rozetkedand we have seen them take on their predecessors.
