In case you missed it, Vance posted an X-rated photo of himself on the tarmac in Wisconsin with his campaign team on Wednesday, captioning it: “This new version of Entourage is going to be awesome.” The internet went into a frenzy, and Doug made it clear he appreciated the love.
Doug, who also served as an executive producer on the show, says it’s fascinating how “Entourage” appeals to both parties. Few things get bipartisan support these days.
Obama called it his guilty pleasure in 2009, a surprise to Doug given the show’s raw and angry content. Today, many staunch Democrats shirk the show because of the subject matter. Still, over the years, the show’s popularity has crossed political lines.
Doug says the show’s ability to bridge political divides speaks volumes, especially since at its core it’s about loyalty and friendship.
But can “Entourage” work its magic and bring some harmony to the rest of the presidential election season? That’s the real question.
