Hayat is launched after serving a protracted jail sentence. She returns to her hometown in northern Morocco, the place she meets a brother who refuses to obtain her for concern of disgrace. Hayat merely desires to see her son so he can clarify the reality to her. She meets Amal, who works in a fruit manufacturing unit and takes care of Houda, her sister two years youthful than her and who suffers from a severe incapacity. The braveness and energy of those three ladies propel them ahead within the face of exclusion, exploitation and marginalization.
