After an opportunity encounter at a neighborhood bar, the tenacious Kathy (Jodie Comer) finds herself inextricably drawn to Benny (Austin Butler), the most recent member of the Midwest bike membership, the Vandals, led by the enigmatic Johnny (Tom Hardy). Just like the nation round it, the membership begins to evolve, reworking from a gathering place for native outsiders to a harmful underworld of violence, forcing Benny to decide on between Kathy and her loyalty to the membership.
