Movie reviews:
- r96sk: Nice stuff.
- Perhaps I could have done without the main characters going down the predictable path, but overall I found this 1989 film starring Clint Eastwood and Bernadette Peters entertaining. Eastwood and Peters are very good respectively.
- Elsewhere, there are – as in ‘The dead pond‘a year earlier: a cameo for the future Canadian acting star – other Canadian Surprisingly it also appears. Geoffrey Lewis stands out: he is much better at this than before. ‘In every way but loose‘ Film (s. James Cromwell is there too.
- It’s silly, but fun. ‘Pink Cadillac’ marks the final collaboration between Eastwood and director Buddy Van Horn, not quite on the level of Eastwood/Don Siegel, but still a notable partnership.
- Andre Gonzales: classic old school cinema. It’s crazy to see how times have changed since then. It’s worth seeing when you can’t find anything.
