NFL Superstar Cooper Kupp has just separated from his Oregon mansion…and considering all the amenities and indoor workout facilities it included, it looks like the new buyer got an incredible deal.
TMZ Sports learned that the Los Angeles Rams receiver recently sold the 5,700-square-foot property in Wilsonville for $3 million, a price that seems super appetizing when you take into account everything the place has to offer.
The gated home, which sits on a four-acre lot, features five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, hardwood floors, French doors, a large gym and a separate guest house.
It also has its own training facility, as Kupp installed a 4,600-square-foot structure so he can continue training during the NFL offseason.
It was initially listed for $3.5 million… and was eventually sold for Kendra Ratcliff from LUXE this week.
As for why Kupp decided to part ways with the house, it's not like he's exactly strapped for cash… we're told he's simply spending more time in California these days than he and his family had planned.
Congratulations to the new owners; we hope there are some athletes in the family ready to take advantage of the place.
