Beginning Tuesday, August 27, Netflix subscribers will be able to enjoy Adam Sandler’s comedy special, Adam Sandler: Love You. This special is directed by Josh Safdie, who Sandler previously collaborated with on the film Uncut Gems. In this special, Sandler gets up on stage and tells plenty of jokes about his life to the audience, sings several songs, showers fans with love, and also has dogs crash his special and offer some cuteness to audience members.
Untamed Royals premieres on Netflix on August 28. In this series, a group of wealthy teenagers join together to commit small and large crimes with drastic consequences.
Terminator Zero arrives on Netflix on August 29. This new anime series is set in the Terminator universe and follows a soldier from a post-apocalyptic future who travels back in time to the 1990s to protect an AI scientist who is being hunted by a cruel and unfeeling cyborg.
(Un)Lucky Sisters premieres on Netflix on August 30. In this film, two estranged sisters reunite after their father dies and discover a stash of millions hidden behind a wall, leaving them to wonder what they should do with it.
Also premiering on Netflix this week is the film The Deliverance.
The Deliverance, directed by Lee Daniels, who also wrote the screenplay alongside David Coggeshall, Elijah Bynum and Thomas Westfall, follows Ebony Jackson, a single mother who moves into a house plagued by evil spirits.
