Once you have a Heavenly Dew, you can head to the Church of Vows and Interact with the statue on the altar. to atone for their sins (speaking to Elden Ring Papa Turtle (optional). This will remove any hostility from the NPCs you have acquired up to this point. You can therefore continue with your quests and make purchases in shops without worrying about awkward aggression.

There is There are no other Celestial Dew items other than those listed above. at the specific locations mentioned. Unfortunately, you won’t have the chance to get those items again unless you restart your game. Elden Ring in New Game+ in the future. That said, you shouldn’t have to use all 11 once you learn not to attack NPCs until you’ve heard what they have to say to your character.
Try to gather as much Heavenly Dew as you can, even if you’re not sure if you’ll use any.
