Justin Timberlake has a mugshot, y’all.
He arrives a few decades late, but can now be considered one of the most famous faces of 2000s pop.
The Sag Harbor Police Department released the singer’s photo after revealing that the Grammy winner was arrested in New York for driving while intoxicated.
And this photo seems to support the claim that he was drinking that night.

Justin Timberlake spent the night in a Long Island jail after Sag Harbor police arrested the pop star around midnight on June 18.
Police reported he was pulled over after running a stop sign and his 2025 BMW was weaving down the road. Media reports immediately described Justin as having “watery eyes” or “bloodshot” eyes, but it wasn’t until the department released his mugshot that fans were able to make that determination for themselves.

Sag Harbor Police Chief Robert Drake said in a declaration, “On June 18, 2024, at 12:37 a.m., Justin R. Timberlake, age 43, of Tennessee, was observed driving a 2025 BMW southbound on Madison Street, failing to properly stop at a stop sign. posted and not maintaining your lane. Travel. A police officer from the Sag Harbor Village Police Department initiated a traffic stop and upon investigation it was determined that Mr. Timberlake was driving his vehicle while intoxicated.”
“I had a martini and followed my friends home,” Timberlake allegedly told officers, before failing a field sobriety test. He allegedly refused to submit to a breathalyzer test.
In the morning, Justin was released without bail. He has yet to make any comments on the incident.


What’s next for Justin?
While he is now a free man, the situation is far from over.
Just is free to continue his tour, which will take him to Chicago and back to New York over the next two weeks, before heading overseas.
The courts are aware that he will be leaving the country and have granted him permission to appear in court virtually on July 26 for his hearing. That same day he will begin a two-night adventure in Krakow, Poland.
